Puddles

We had a good little rain shower the other day, so when we got home from work/school, Anna Claire quickly put on her rain boots and headed outside to jump in the little puddles!

When my daughter was this age, we were visiting outside the home of an older woman w/ a PhD in child psych. There were puddles and Brooke was jumping in them (in her shoes as I recall). I just laughed b/c she was joyous at this activity. The PhD looked at me with shock and said in all seriousness, "You must be a very good mother." HA HA. So there you are. You, too, must be a very good mother b/c you let your child jump in puddles!
